We bought this amazing home 7 years ago and since then have replaced everything from doors, insulation, sheet rock, plumbing and wiring. We’ve made energy conservation a focus by replacing the windows, adding insulation, replacing the water heater and water softener, adding central air and getting new kitchen appliances. The oak floors are original and were refinished like new. The basement is only 4 years old and no expense was spared there either.

Downstairs Bedrooms
Both downstairs bedrooms have 2 windows each. The larger window has a ladder in the window well to escape in case of a fire. Bedroom #1
